InfoUSA is a provider of end-to-end marketing solutions for businesses. VoiceFaxEmail offers three services in one: 24/7 voice messaging, online fax services and email. The service is available worldwide.

VoiceFaxEmail Main Features

Fax Number Options - VoiceFaxEmail provides both a toll-free and a local number, which the company refers to as a Genie number. These numbers are used for sending and receiving faxes, voicemail messages and emails. Existing fax machine numbers can be rolled over to a Genie number.

Integration - VoiceFaxEmail works with all versions of Windows. The service also integrates with any web browser.

Sending Fax Capabilities - Faxes can be sent from any computer or mobile device with Internet access and a web browser using the VoiceFaxEmail integrated web interface or email account. Users also have the option of sending an Internet fax from a fax machine.

Receiving Fax Capabilities - Users can designate incoming faxes to either their toll-free or local Genie number. Received faxes can be delivered to the VoiceFaxEmail web interface, email inbox, or an outside email account. From the VoiceFaxEmail web interface, users can view, save, or print received faxes, or forward them to other email addresses or fax machines. Fax management of received faxes can also be done over the phone.

Fax Storage - Sent and received faxes can be saved long-term in the VoiceFaxEmail web interface email account or forwarded to other outside email accounts for storage.

Security - VoiceFaxEmail uses industry standard protocols to secure communications. In addition, its web interface is protected by SSL encryption and a password/PIN.

VoiceFaxEmail Pricing Structure

VoiceFaxEmail offers one package plan that includes voice messaging, online fax and email services. The plan costs $7.50 a month as of 2011, with a one-time $10 activation fee. In addition, $10 in prepaid calling time is required at signup. There is no charge for inbound faxes to your Genie number. Outbound faxes cost 4 cents per fax page, with a higher rate for international faxes.
