FaxIt Nice is a fax to email service developed by California-based 350 Nice Inc. The company, founded in 2004 by a group of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, develops web and Android applications. FaxIt Nice is a user-friendly service that promotes online faxing with just a few clicks. FaxIt Nice offers its services in the United States and caters to individuals and small businesses.

FaxIt Nice Main Features

Fax Number Options - FaxIt Nice offers the option of choosing your own toll free fax number or having one assigned.

Integration - Through its free Faxtastic application that runs on the user’s computer, FaxIt Nice integrates with any Windows desktop application and Skype.

Sending Fax Capabilities - Faxes can be sent using email to fax or the FaxIt Nice Web fax interface. With email to fax, users create an email message in their own email program, attach any documents and send to FaxIt Nice for transmission. The FaxIt Nice Web interface option is designed for faxing documents on a computer. Any number of faxes can be sent at one time via the Web interface. FaxIt Nice supports numerous file types.

Receiving Fax Capabilities - Incoming faxes can be delivered to any email address or to the user’s online FaxIt Nice account. Faxes sent to email addresses are attached in PDF format.

Fax Storage - FaxIt Nice plans include one month of free fax archiving.

Security - FaxIt Nice transmits all communications over HTTPS. In addition, faxes transferred from the user’s computer to FaxIt Nice Web servers are secured by SSL. FaxIt Nice does not charge users for reported junk faxes.

FaxIt Nice Pricing Structure

FaxIt Nice has three different online fax plans. FaxIt Once is $4.99 and requires no registration. The price includes up to 10 sent faxes within the United States and Canada. The Sending Only plan offers pay per send pricing with no monthly fee. Users buy FaxIt Credit, which never expires, in increments of $20. Each fax sent is 18 cents per page. FaxIt Nice’s Sending & Receiving plan offers three options. The Prepaid Basic plan is $5.99 per month and includes 150 free fax pages per month with 15 cents for each page over the limit. The Prepaid Premium plan is $9.99 a month and includes 500 free pages per month, with 10 cents for each fax page over the limit. With both prepaid plans, $20 is required to open the account and the amount is recharged when the user’s account drops below $5. FaxIt Elite is $29.99 a month and includes 2,000 fax pages per month, with 10 cents per fax page over the monthly limit. Prices quoted as of 2011.
