Its Internet Fax product is one of numerous solutions the company develops for various industries, from small businesses to global corporations. Data Fabrication promotes ClickFax as one-click Internet faxing for individuals and businesses.

ClickFax Main Features

Fax Number Options - ClickFax offers local fax numbers in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom at no additional charge. Local fax numbers in other countries can be obtained based on availability. Toll-free numbers also are available. For a nominal fee, users can add additional fax numbers to one account.

Integration - ClickFax offers real-time integration with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Exchange, Access, Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications. ClickFax also integrates with QuickBooks, ACT!, GoldMine, Windows Address Book, numerous Accounting/CRM systems and any Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) database.

Sending Fax Capabilities - The ClickFax Control Panel is free desktop software that enables faxes to be sent directly from a computer using an Internet connection. The software links in real-time to the user’s contact lists or other databases. The fax is sent by selecting the Print option and clicking on ClickFax printer. Multiple files can be attached to any fax. Faxes are immediately uploaded to ClickFax’s network of fax and email servers and distributed to the designated fax numbers or email addresses.

Receiving Fax Capabilities - ClickFax users can receive faxes via email, their fax number, or the ClickFax Control Panel software. Faxes are received in PDF format.

Fax Storage - ClickFax offers an optional monthly fax archive CD for storing faxes.

Security - ClickFax has its own network of secure servers that are monitored around the clock. The company is currently developing a sophisticated system to block spam faxes. ClickFax credits the accounts of users who receive unsolicited spam or junk faxes.

ClickFax Pricing Structure

ClickFax offers Build-Your-Own plans so individuals and businesses pay only for the services and features they need. Fax plans start at $3.41 a month for individuals and home offices, $20.35 a month for small and medium businesses, and $94.55 a month for enterprises and corporations. A one-time set-up fee is charged. Rates quoted as of 2011. Monthly and discounted yearly payment options are available. The base rate for sending and receiving fax pages is 10 cents per page, with a 20% discount for pre-paying fax pages in a plan. ClickFax measures sent faxes in minutes, with an average page taking one minute. Fax delivery tracking and fax reporting are among the extra customized features that can be added to the base rate.
